NOTE: New York & Key West sit on the front of the Inn and have large bay windows instead of the private balconies.

During your stay you will find Complimentary beverages,snacks, & something freshly baked.

 A full breakfast is served daily but should you have to go before we start you will always find something to grab. 

Continental items such as Fresh Fruit, Assorted Yogurts, Juice, Coffee, Cereals hot & cold.

POLICIES:

NON SMOKING: The Adaberry Inn is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is allowed out on private patios or off one of the common areas patios outside the Inn.

NO PETS: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

CHILDREN: Your children are welcome at the inn for an overnight stay if they are over the age of 12.  

Children under the age of 12 are allowed only when the Entire Inn is rented for private use only. There is a $27 charge for an extra person in the room. Our rooms are designed for 2 persons comfortably.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Purchases of a gift certificate for either a king room or for one of the Roayl suites are good for one annual year from the date of purchase. We regret that they are unable to be used on any major holiday or holiday weekend. They are good for one year from the date of purchase, non-refundable but transferable.
